System Administrator / IT Executive

Job Description:

SYSTEM ADMIN / IT EXECUTIVE – Seeking for a passionate, results-oriented and self-motivated individual who can work with IT systems and manage company’s networks and cloud servers in accordance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company’s systems, networks, and servers to ensure their optimal performance, availability, and security.
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
  • Set up accounts and workstations.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Manage the configuration and operation of client & development servers.
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
  • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software, and other processes.
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure needs and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

Key Capabilities:
  • Experience: About 1 – 3 years
  • Windows Servers (2012 or above)
  • Hardware: Assembling / Configuration of new Desktops / Laptops / Servers
  • Experience with Firewall, VPN, Networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi) and patch management
  • Familiarity with hosting control panels like cPanel, Plesk, etc. will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Outlook and other email client applications
  • Good problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting issues in complex production environments
  • Documentation and communication skills
  • Flexible to work on rotational shifts
  • Interested in acquiring new skills and keeping pace with changing technologies.
