Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Prioritize client needs, listen actively, and ask for insightful follow-up questions to address their pain points.
  • Storytelling & Sales Closing: Present unique and compelling value propositions, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop, assess, and move multiple sales transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate pipeline reporting and smooth quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Solution Introduction: Present solution to key decision-makers within targeted markets.
  • Research & Analysis: Identify key decision-makers and develop strategic outreach through thorough research and prospecting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (insight, customer success, and presales) to align efforts with customer needs.

Requirements:

Key Capabilities:
  • 1 – 3 years of experience selling software products (Ex- CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, or Business Process Automation) to enterprise clients.
  • SaaS sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and map them to software solutions.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team and someone clients trust and enjoy working with.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
