Job Description:
SYSTEM ADMIN / IT EXECUTIVE – Seeking for a passionate, results-oriented and self-motivated individual who can work with IT systems and manage company’s networks and cloud servers in accordance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s systems, networks, and servers to ensure their optimal performance, availability, and security.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage the configuration and operation of client & development servers.
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software, and other processes.
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure needs and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:
Key Capabilities:
- Experience: About 1 – 3 years
- Windows Servers (2012 or above)
- Hardware: Assembling / Configuration of new Desktops / Laptops / Servers
- Experience with Firewall, VPN, Networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi) and patch management
- Familiarity with hosting control panels like cPanel, Plesk, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Outlook and other email client applications
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting issues in complex production environments
- Documentation and communication skills
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts
- Interested in acquiring new skills and keeping pace with changing technologies.
